Training Cancellations
Any Cancellation requests (by the customer) must be made via email to bookings@bpw.com.au

Cancellation Fees
More than 29 Days notice- No Fee Payable
Between 15-28 Days Notice- 50% of Private Course Cost
Between 8-14 Days Notice- 75% of Private Course Cost
Less than 7 Days Notice- No Refund

Any Cancellation requests by BPW Consulting will result in a full refund to the Customer or a reschedule at no cost to the customer. This may happen due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.

Reschedule Fees

Less than14 Days Notice- 50% of Private Course Cost

Fees and Charges

All Quote/s will be emailed prior to training and a booking confirmation will be emailed to the Customer upon acceptance of the Quote/s.

An invoice will be issued when a booking confirmation is made and 50% deposit of the training course is due 14 days prior to the training date.

If the deposit is not paid within 14 days of the training date, BPW Consulting has the right to cancel the Training Course.

Quotes will include the Price per Course or per Participant. This price does not include Training Materials (Manual, Workbook and Certificate).

Quotes will include the Training Materials Fee (as set by Mental Health First Aid) for the cost of the Manual, Workbook and Certificate.

Invoices of the remaining training cost/s will be issued upon completion of the training and will be sent via email. Invoices are due 15 days after the date of issue of the invoice.
